'Bright' is not a bad word here

We're all about Kenyan coffee - the poster child for bright coffees. We feature small micro-lots from different regions of Kenya starting with the brightest of our lot, light-roasted Kati AA.

  • "I have been trying some experimental cofffees(anaerobics, co-ferments) but my go-to is light roasts. I really liked this one! It had a sweetnes to it and a tea-like tannin finish. This is definitely along the lines of my usual go-to daily coffee. It's not over-the top, aggressive or bland at all"

  • " Working through the light roast. When I brew it a smidge stronger, the sweetness comes out more but never too syrupy. I prefer bright over syrupy. "

  • "I accidentally rested my bag for two months so I wasn't sure what I'd get out of the coffee. For a pourover, the coffee bloomed nicely and the final cup was nice and bright with the sweetness coming up as the coffee cooled."
